A true passion for gastronomy, Chef Poirot has gained experience on 3 continents in several Michelin-starred restaurants as well as legendary Palaces.

Lucas Dumelie
Lucas Dumelie, a native of Charente, honed his skills at the giants: Georges Blanc and La Bouitte, two three-star establishments where he learned rigor and precision. It was there that he met Manon, originally from Séchex, whose grandfather and brother still fish the lake every day. The scene was set: a village, a family, raw materials that speak the truth. Together, they opened their restaurant, Séchex nous, just a stone's throw from the shore. The connection to the lake isn't a concept; it's a daily reality. And it shows on the plate. Lucas's cuisine doesn't seek effect; it seeks essence. A strong style, a clear gesture, of rare sincerity. A distinction that celebrates the authenticity of a place, the precision of a gesture, and the emotion of a dish.

YOAN DELORME and his partner Cellia opened their restaurant "le Chamarlenc" in January 2023 in the town of Puy-en-Velay.
Utopian Gastronomic Restaurant located in the heart of the old town, highlights two regions: the Loire and Provence.
At just 25 years old, Yoan Delorme has already gained valuable experience working alongside several renowned Michelin-starred chefs, including Julien Thomasson, Jean-Luc L'Hourre, and Florent Pietravalle.

Mathieu and Jacques Lagarde are two French chef brothers, known for their participation in season 14 of "Top Chef" in 2023. Mathieu and Jacques are chefs of the restaurant La Cascada in Marbella, Spain.
